§ 33.20 CREATION OF RESERVE POLICE FORCE.
   There is hereby created within the Police Department of the city, a reserve police force, the members of which shall be appointed by the Mayor upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police. The members of the reserve police force shall serve on a voluntary basis without pay and within the corporate limits of the city.
