§ 33.04 RESISTING AN OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in this city to resist or obstruct any police officer in the performance of any official duty, or to resist or prevent or attempt to prevent any police or peace officer from making an arrest or in quelling a disturbance, or in any way aid or assist any person to resist or escape from any such officer, or assist any person in escape from any lawful confinement in said city.
