§ 33.03 IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person not duly authorized to exercise the duties conferred by law and ordinance upon police officers of the city, to wear a police officer’s badge or insignia, or represent himself or herself as being a police officer or peace officer, or attempt to exercise any of the duties of a police officer or peace officer in the city.
