§ 33.02 GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The Chief of Police shall have such powers and perform such duties as are prescribed by state law and city ordinances. The Chief of Police and all police officers shall also abide by the rules and regulations as set forth in the police manual and shall perform such other duties as are required by the Mayor and City Council.
