The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulations for manufactured homes placed outside of manufactured home subdivisions and for mobile home parks that are in existence in the city at the time of this chapter revision. Mobile home parks within the city limits that are in existence at the time of this chapter revision are non-conforming uses in the districts in which they are located and are subject to the existing non-conforming regulations in the zoning ordinance.
