§ 115.05 LICENSE FEE/TERM.
   (A)   The annual license fee shall be in an amount as set by the City Council from time to time.
   (B)   Regardless of the month issued, this annual license will run January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year. There will not be prorated fees. If license is withdrawn, revoked or denied, no portion of the fee may be refunded.
