(A) Fees to be paid at the time the excavation permit is applied shall be set in an amount as set by the City Council from time to time.
(B) Fees shall be determined as one cut, or excavation, provided that it is one continuous trenching operation or under one contract and within a 400-foot radius.
(C) All street surfacing, sidewalks, curb and gutter, alleys and anything else destroyed or damaged in excavating will be restored to its original condition or better before the excavation took place.
