§ 94.05 MATERIAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS.
   All public sidewalks constructed within the city shall be constructed of Portland cement concrete having a minimum compressive strength of 3,500 pounds per square inch (psi) when tested in six inches by 12 inches cylinders at the age of 28 days in accordance with the standard test as outline by A.S.T.M. C39-56T. Sidewalks shall be constructed with a minimum of four inches in thickness, have surface expansion strikes at intervals equal in width to the sidewalk, and have expansion joints placed at least every 100 linear feet.
