§ 94.04 WIDTH OF SIDEWALKS.
   All public sidewalks constructed within the city shall be set on grade and location as approved by the City Engineer and shall meet the following minimum width requirements:
   (A)   Four feet wide for Residential Class A and B zoning areas;
   (B)   Six feet wide for Highway Service and Industrial Park zoning areas; and
   (C)   Eight feet wide for General Commercial zoning areas.
