§ 92.02 ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER.
   This chapter shall be enforced by any law enforcement officer authorized to enforce the ordinances of the city. Where there has been a violation of any provisions of this chapter, the law enforcement officer in his or her discretion may issue a citation, warning and/or order the person to leave the park or recreation area.
