§ 70.09 PARKING; SNOW REMOVAL, VEHICLE TOWING.
   (A)   Areas for disposal of snow from city snow removal activities may be designated by the Street Superintendent with the approval of the Mayor or City Administrator. Such areas will be properly posted with signs to identify these areas as no parking areas during all snow removal activities.
   (B)   Areas of streets where snow buildup or icing problems occur may be designated by the Street Superintendent with the approval of the Mayor or City Administrator as no parking zones during snow removal activities.
   (C)   Vehicles parked in violation of divisions (A) or (B) above shall be issued a parking violation and may be towed from such no parking zone by order of the Police Department.
   (D)   Snow removal from driveways or parking lots shall not be deposited onto any public sidewalk or street except where expressly permitted by the Street Superintendent.
   (E)   Vehicles parked during or after any snow removal activities causing hazardous traffic problems, ice build-up or parking problems because of the inability of the city to properly clean streets may be issued a parking violation. If vehicles are not removed 24 hours after a parking violation is issued and continue to be an ice build-up problem, they may be towed by order of the Police Department.
