§ 70.07 VEHICLES ON ROADWAY, GENERAL; CROSSWALKS; PEDESTRIANS.
   (A)   Driving through funeral or other procession. No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral or other authorized procession while they are in motion and when such funeral vehicles are conspicuously designated.
   (B)   Driving and parking on a public sidewalk and boulevard. See § 70.06(F).
      (1)   The driver of a vehicle shall not drive or park on any public sidewalk.
      (2)   Vehicles and trailers of all types, including travel, boat, camping and hauling, shall not be parked or stored between the back of curb and the adjacent property line along any substantially improved street.
   (C)   Pedestrians’ right-of-way in crosswalk.
      (1)   When traffic control signals are not in place or not in operation, the driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way, slowing down or stopping if need be to so yield, to a pedestrian crossing the roadway within a crosswalk, no pedestrian shall suddenly leave a curb or other place of safety and walk or run into the path of a vehicle, which is so close that it is impossible for the driver to yield.
      (2)   Whenever any vehicle is stopped at a marked crosswalk or at any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection to permit a pedestrian to cross the roadway, the driver of any other vehicle approaching from the rear shall not overtake and pass such stopped vehicle.
