§ 30.04 POWER TO SIGN OR VETO ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.
   The Mayor shall have the power to sign or veto any ordinance or resolution passed by the City Council, as well as the power to veto any part or item of an ordinance or resolution appropriating money.
