§ 70.05 SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   The speed limit on all streets in the city shall be 25 mph, except as otherwise specifically posted or provided hereinafter.
   (B)   No person shall drive a vehicle upon any alley or in any municipal park of the city at a speed in excess of 15 mph.
