In addition to, or in the alternative to, the provisions of this chapter, any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall also be subject to any remedy or injunction as allowed by law. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable by not more than $200 per day.
