3-1-7: REMEDIES NOT EXCLUSIVE:

The abatement remedies listed in section 3-1-6 of this chapter shall not be deemed as an exhaustive means of abating a nuisance, but shall be construed as providing rights in addition to any other rights of abatement provided by statute or common law. (Ord. 118, 3-14-1984)
