2-4-4: LICENSE FEES:
"Solicitors", "hawkers" or "peddlers" as defined by this chapter shall be subject to the following license fee, to be payable to the city in advance: A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per day. (Ord. 91, 2-20-1979)
