2-4-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, acting as hawkers or peddlers, or any person to act as solicitor, within the meaning of this chapter without first purchasing a license to do so from the clerk of the city. (Ord. 91, 2-20-1979)
