A. Violations:
1. No person shall erect or install a street name sign which does not comply with this chapter.
2. No person shall remove, alter, change or otherwise deface a street name sign which exists in accord with the official addressing system map(s) and this chapter.
3. Failure to continuously display the approved number of address on a residence or business shall be a violation of this chapter.
B. Penalty: Each violation of these regulations shall be a misdemeanor, and for each day that it continues, each violation shall constitute a separate offense. Each violation shall be punishable as provided in Idaho Code section 18-113. (Ord. 218, 8-8-2007)
