7-4-13: WASTEWATER DISCHARGES:
It shall be unlawful to discharge sewage, nondomestic wastes or other wastes to any sewer within the jurisdiction of the city, and/or to the POTW, without having first complied with the terms of this chapter, or without having first obtained the city's approval of a compliance schedule submitted by the user.
