7-4-5: CATEGORICAL PRETREATMENT STANDARDS:
Categorical pretreatment standards as amended and promulgated by the U.S. environmental protection agency (EPA) pursuant to the clean water act and found in the appropriate parts of 40 CFR chapter I, subchapter N, is hereby incorporated and shall be enforceable by this chapter.
