A. Main And Trunk Sewer Lines: The city shall be responsible for all maintenance of main and trunk sewer lines.
B. Sewer Service Lines: The city will not be responsible for the maintenance of sewer service lines which connect to the main or trunk sewer lines. In the event that the city is forced to maintain a sewer service line, the costs will be passed along to the requisite property owner whose sewer service line is being maintained by the city.
