A. Collection: The sewer service charges shall be collected with the water bill. The rates and charges for the services, facilities, and water of the city water system and the charges for the sewer system and associated charges shall be itemized, billed upon the same bill, and collected as one item by the city clerk. B. Discontinuance Of Water Service Upon Delinquency: Upon delinquency in sewer charges, after compliance with the procedure for discontinuance of service for nonpayment set forth in section 7-1-11 of this title, the water service shall be discontinued until full payment of the dual charges and penalties thereon and the charges for recontinuance of service.
