A. Billing: The regular billing period for said sewer service charges will be for each calendar month or bimonthly, as determined by the council. (Ord. 137, 12-13-1990; amd. 2008 Code)
B. Opening And Closing Bills: Opening and closing bills for less than the normal billing period shall be for not less than one month.
C. Billing Time: Bills for sewer service charges shall be rendered at the beginning of each billing period and are payable upon presentation, except as otherwise provided.
D. Collection By Suit: The city may collect unpaid sewer service charges by suit, in which event, it shall have judgment for the cost of suit and reasonable attorney fees.
E. Remedies Cumulative: The remedies herein provided for collecting and enforcing rates are cumulative and may be pursued alternatively or may be used consecutively when the council so determines. If any one remedy is invalid, all other valid remedies shall remain available for use. (Ord. 137, 12-13-1990)
