7-2-6: INSTALLATION PERMITS:

If cross connection control device(s) is found to be necessary, the owner of the property served must apply to the purveyor for a specific installation permit. The permit fee shall be the actual cost incurred by city related to the inspection of the cross connection control device. (Ord. 166, 7-16-1996)
