§ 33.155 DETERMINATIONS.
   The City Council hereby finds and determines that the creation of a recreation, tourist and convention commission, jointly with the County of Christian will promote recreational, tourist and convention activities within the boundaries of the city, all to the benefit of the inhabitants of the city.
