The Board shall continue in perpetuity and may be dissolved by ordinance or by resolution adopted by either the City Councils of the City of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Oak Grove, Kentucky, Crofton, Kentucky or the Fiscal Court of Christian County, Kentucky. In the event the organization dissolves, all property jointly purchased with local funds shall be divided proportionally to the investment. Any property of each government acquired by federal or state funds shall be disposed of in accordance with applicable guidelines. Where no guidelines exist, the property will be disposed of in a manner agreed upon by the Board of Directors.
