The Board shall have the authority to adopt additional bylaws to govern the operation of the service not inconsistent with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the authorizing ordinances set out herein. The bylaws may be amended by the Board of Directors by majority vote following the meeting at which the motion to amend the bylaws is made.
