§ 33.141 OFFICERS.

The officers of the Board shall be Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary/Treasurer. The officers shall be chosen from the Board of Directors. Should the Board employ a Director of the service, the Director shall not serve as an officer of the Board or be considered a Director.
