The Board shall employ or designate a Director to handle day-to-day operations and maintenance of the ambulance service. The Director shall be appointed by the Board and shall serve at its pleasures, but the Director shall not be removed unless he or she has received from the Board a notice of intention to remove him or her and reasons therefore.
