§ 33.137 COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS.

The members of the Board shall not receive compensation for their services, but shall be reimbursed for their actual expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties upon sworn written statements accompanied by receipts for any expense in excess of $4 submitted to and approved by the Board.
