§ 33.135 NAME OF AGENCY.

The name of the agency to provide ambulance services to the citizens of Christian County, Kentucky, and the incorporated areas therein shall be the Hopkinsville-Christian County Ambulance Service District. The agency shall be a body corporate and shall have all the powers possessed by the organizations, not inconsistent with the within ordinance and resolution.
