Bylaws may be adopted by majority vote of the Library Board of Trustees and may be amended by the Board of Trustees by majority vote at the meeting following the meeting at which the motion to amend the bylaws is made. Until other bylaws are adopted, the bylaws of the Board of Trustees of the City Public Library, which bylaws were adopted December 11, 1969, and a copy of which is incorporated by reference, shall govern.
