§ 33.099 OPERATION TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH LAW.

The Library Board of Trustees shall operate the library in compliance with all laws and regulations currently in force or hereafter adopted. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Board of Trustees shall not employ as librarian any person who is not properly accredited or certified according to the state laws and the regulations of the state's Department of Libraries.
