§ 33.097 FINANCING OF OPERATIONS.
   (A)   The operations of the Library Board of Trustees shall be principally financed by contributions (whether required by statute or otherwise) from the city, and from the county's Fiscal Court.
   (B)   The city and the county agree to pay annually to the Board for the operation of the library sums of $30,000 and $15,000, respectively, and such other sums as either may from time to time appropriate for that purpose; provided, there are adequate funds in their respective budgets each year for that purpose and that such appropriations are voted annually by the City Council of the city and by the county's Fiscal Court pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 157 of the Kentucky Constitution.
   (C)   The Board shall prepare an annual budget, based upon its estimated revenue from the moneys mentioned in divisions (A) and (B) above and from other sources and shall submit same annually to the City Council of the city and the county's Fiscal Court.
