§ 33.075 ESTABLISHMENT.
   A joint planning commission, titled “the Hopkinsville-Christian County Planning Commission”, is established in accordance with KRS Ch. 100 by the agreement adopted by Ord. 16-2015, passed 10-20-2015, and adopted herein by reference. Said agreement is set forth in full in Appendix A to this Chapter 33 of the Hopkinsville Code of Ordinances.
