§ 33.066 PURPOSES/DUTIES/AND POWERS.

The purpose, duties, and powers of the Hopkinsville-Christian County Industrial Development Authority shall be as set forth in KRS 154.50-301 through KRS 154.50-346 and as outlined in the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement adopted by the City of Hopkinsville and County of Christian.
