§ 33.055 EXPENDITURES BY COMMISSION.

(A) All expenditures shall be authorized by the Human Rights Commission. The Treasurer shall approve all expenditures and he or she shall make a semi-annual financial report to the Commission.

(B) Copies of the semi-annual financial report shall be sent to the Mayor and the City Council.
