(A) (1) All members shall be appointed by the Mayor to serve for a term of three years unless otherwise set in this section.
(2) If a vacancy occurs on the Commission other than as a result of the expiration of the term of an appointment, the Mayor shall appoint a successor for the unexpired term. Members may be eligible for reappointment for one additional consecutive three-year term. Partial terms shall count as one term. Members may serve additional terms after a break of at least 12 months.
(B) City Council members shall serve a term of one year. City Council members may be eligible for reappointment for one additional consecutive one-year term.
(C) Youth members, if appointed, shall serve a term of one year. Youth members may be eligible for reappointment for one additional consecutive one-year term.
