§ 33.021 DIVISIONS.
   The Department of Communications- Disaster-Emergency Services shall consist of three divisions:
   (A)   The 911 emergency system;
   (B)   The Emergency Services Preparedness Council, which shall also function as the Civil Defense Council; and
   (C)   The emergency operations center staff.
