§ 119.11 REPEAL OF EXISTING ORDINANCES.
   To the extent that any prior ordinance of the City of Hopkinsville (or any provision, clause, phrase, sentence or division contained therein) conflicts with this chapter, the conflicting prior ordinance, provision, clause, phrase, sentence or division is repealed on the effective date of this chapter.
