§ 119.10 EFFECT ON OTHER LAWS.
   (A)   Nothing in this chapter is intended to legalize anything prohibited under any other federal or state law or city ordinance. Any sexually oriented business lawfully operating on the effective date of this chapter which is then in violation of §§ 119.04(B)(2)(b), 119.04(B)(2)(c) or 119.05(G) shall be deemed a non-conforming use, and such non-conforming use may be permitted to continue for a period not to exceed 90 days unless sooner terminated for any reason, or voluntarily discontinued for a period of 30 days or more.
   (B)   If remodeling is necessary to comply with the sections cited and accomplishing such remodeling within 90 days poses a hardship, the owner of the sexually oriented business may apply to the City Clerk for an extension not to exceed an additional 60 days.
   (C)   The request will be in writing describing the hardship, the owners plan to effect compliance and time the changes will be completed.
