§ 118.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates §§ 118.01 through 118.13 or any part thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $200 or confined in the county jail not more than 90 days, or both. Each day that a place of entertainment is operating without a permit shall be a separate offense.

   (B)   Except as provided in division (A) above, any owner or manager of a place of entertainment who violates any of the provisions of §§ 118.01 through 118.13 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $300 or confined in the County Jail not more than 90 days, or both.

   (C)   Any association or corporation who violates §§ 118.01 through 118.13 or any part thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $500. Each day that a place of entertainment is operating without a permit shall be a separate offense.
