§ 118.09 APPEALS.

   (A)   From the decision of the Mayor refusing to grant the permit, the applicant may appeal to the county's Circuit Court, where the appeal shall be tried as an action in equity, and the evidence shall be heard in open court.

   (B)   From the decision of the Mayor granting a permit, any citizens of the city may appeal to the county's Circuit Court, and the appeal shall be tried as an appeal from a judgment denying the permit.

   (C)   All appeals shall be filed with the county's Circuit Court within 30 days of a final decision being rendered by the Mayor.
