§ 118.06 HEARING ON PERMIT.

After the expiration of 30 days from the date on which the application is filed, the Mayor shall conduct a hearing and receive evidence in support or in opposition of the granting of the permit. Any person desiring to oppose the permit shall file, in writing, allegations that show cause as to why the application should not be granted.
