§ 116.99 PENALTY.

The provisions of this chapter as well as HCO Chapter 100 and accompanying attachments and amendments shall be enforced by the Code of Ordinance Enforcement Board established by HCO §§ 33.180 through 33.194. The civil penalties for violation of ordinances and agreements regulating cable television franchises shall be as set forth in HCO §§ 33.192 through 33.194.
