§ 116.57 FORFEITURE OR REVOCATION.
   (A)   In addition to exercising any of the other remedies provided in this chapter or the remedies available under applicable law, the city may revoke the franchise or declare the franchise forfeited pursuant to HCO Chapter 100 for any reason for which the franchise could have been revoked or forfeited thereunder as of the date the city signed the franchise. Franchisee shall always be entitled to at least the level of due process provided for in HCO Chapter 100 as of the effective date of this chapter.
