§ 116.40 INTERCONNECTION OF CABLE SYSTEMS.

The franchisee shall not be required to interconnect with every other cable system and cable operator within the city for purposes of providing PEG and institutional network services; provided, however, the franchisee shall, upon request of the city, cablecast city's PEG programming to subscribers within the franchise area.
