§ 116.39 REQUIRED SERVICES AND FACILITIES.

The franchisee agrees the equipment used in fulfillment of its franchise obligation shall be maintained at the highest standards consistent with changes in the state of the art and franchisee shall regularly advise the city of its equipment changes and modifications to upgrade the cable system.
