§ 116.35 PAYMENT TO CITY.
   Payments shall be made at the times and in conformance with the requirements of KRS 136, as revised by House Bill 272 (Tax Modernization) in the 2005 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly and HCO Chapter 100. Additionally, the city may at any time impose other fees or taxes consistent with state or federal law.
